By accessing or using the LIAWEB Services website (liaweb.ca) and/or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

LIAWEB Services provides mobile app development, web development, AI integration, and game development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals or contracts agreed upon between LIAWEB Services and the client.

• Client work: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project contract.
• LIAWEB property: All pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and general knowledge remain the property of LIAWEB Services.
• Website content: All content on liaweb.ca — including text, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of LIAWEB Services and protected by Canadian copyright law.

For client projects:

• Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are outlined in each project proposal.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals as required.
• Delays caused by late client deliverables may extend project timelines.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts.
• Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins.
• Late payments may result in project suspension until the balance is settled.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

LIAWEB Services provides its website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LIAWEB Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific results from our services, including app store approvals, download numbers, or revenue outcomes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice.
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
• LIAWEB Services reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any website content without permission.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
